In such cases, the day and month have been entered as per the entry in the GLR and the default year of 1924 has been mentioned. For example, the CEOs while making entries mutating the GLR, have signed mentioning only the day and month, without mentioning the year. In all such cases, default year of 1924 has been taken. |

In the GLR, Land Lord has been mentioned as “Govt. of India”. However, the software does not provide option to make this entry. Hence in all places “Govt. of India” appears, “Central Government MOD” has been entered. |

In the GLR Land Lord has been mentioned as “UP Government” in a few cases and “Development Board” in a couple of cases. Since these options were not available in the software, in all those cases the option “State Government” has been entered. |

In the GLR, the column area in many cases the data has been entered upto 5 decimal points. However, while making entries, the software automatically corrected the data to 4 decimal places. For example in GLR Sy.No. 111/822 (Vol. IX), the area in the GLR is 10.75008 acres, which has been automatically corrected by the software as 10.7510 acres. The software has been uniformly correcting all such entries to 4 decimal places. |
